• Intern would be expected to assist CASA RMs with non client-facing tasks, such as existing customers servicing (assist RMs in the pre & post checks on docs pertaining to adding signatory/ opting out of E-alert etc/ arranging for documents courier/ after sales service) as well as paperwork processing (after CASA RM has signed docs)
• Intern will assist RMs in regards to performing pre-checks of documents such as name screenings, accuracies of the information entered in the forms etc. (Note all essential CDD and compliance related matters will still be handled by CASA RM)
• Intern will also be tasked to assist RMs with regards to pre-checks of the relevant data accuracy and processing of OBCA applications (ensure all documents are in order, double checking name screenings) as well as assisting the team in noting down meetings minutes.
