Job Description

Event Planning & Support

  • Support the Client Marketing & Client Development Team for the organization and implementation of events, including but not limited to trunk shows, product launches, dinners and exhibitions inside and outside of boutiques

Client Treatment

  • Manage gifting and client treatment plan to develop and grow VIP client base
  • Design and execute domestic and overseas experiences for clients that communicate brand values and resonate strongly with their target audience
  • Implement boutique programmes to stimulate clienteling awareness and drive selling team’s service standard

Data and Operational Excellence

  • Conduct data mining and analysis to gain insight on client behaviours and commercial opportunities
  • Support adoption of retail training and operational excellence activities that enhance the client experience

This role will be based in one of our retail boutiques in Singapore.
