Job Description

At Choice Furniture, as an Administration Executive, you will be tasked to handle day-to-day admininstrative work together with a digital marketing manager and graphic designer to maintain the integrity and professionalism of the business website.

Responsibilities:

- Review and record of invoices in the system
- Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries
- Support monthly customer billing and cash application in the system
- Picking, packing, sorting and labeling of orders In charge of inventory and stock taking duties
- Upload website content including videos, podcasts, images as well as continuous review and active management of website landing pages, checkout pages and all digital assets
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Manage backend e-commerce duties such as Shopee and Carousell
- Manages the promotional activities on the backend website and platforms Handling invoices/PO/DO, administrative, data entry duties, and all other paperwork.
- Other administrative /executive assistant tasks as required Identify and organise appropriate marketing collateral e.g. emails, videos, audios, media etc.
- Keep track of published social media assets and user engagement data Ensure brand consistency across all aspects of the website
- Copywriting, writing, editing, proofreading website content such as product descriptions and checkout prices
- Use systems to generate automated emails for potential and existing clients Execute, edit or craft copy for email marketing campaigns using existing and new content
- Manage onboarding of clients by logging their details into a database, communicating with them via email, sending welcome letters, and program information. 

Requirements:

- Preferably with administrative experience
- Should be comfortable to work in Hillview Avenue
- Requires to be in the office during working hours as all the files and systems are in the office.
