Position Objective:
To learn and understand about finance reporting & operation in Life insurance company.
- Learn about the main processes in Finance department, and hands-on in some of the processes e.g Accruals and payment
- Prepare of journal entries for investment related expense
- Maintain proper filing and records.
- Assist in filling up MAS forms for regulatory reporting
- Learn investment accounting and verify of investment trades data
- Involve in Finance transformation project e.g. RPA and processes review and streamline
- Managing any other ad hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager or Finance HOD
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate from Accountancy or Business programme.
- Diploma in accounting or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Team player
- Meticulous, take initiative with positive attitude
