Job Description
Kitchen Supervisor (Urgent)
In charge of kitchen’s daily opening and closing
Prepare foods and beverages according to restaurant's menu
Share the responsibility in guarantying the hygiene, safety and the service quality
Ensure the foods to be ready within said time frame
Manage a team of kitchen staffs
Guide and train new staff on kitchen's operation
Inventory control
Stock ordering and replenish stock whenever needed
