Job Description

We are looking for an HR Intern who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR programs; namely talent acquisition, onboarding, employee communications, and engagement. This internship will present an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the HR generalist field.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Support in the recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating and selection of candidates and background verification checks.
  • Lead the employee pre- and onboarding process 
  • Support APAC employee engagement initiatives
  • Lead the internal employee communication activities
  • Assist in day-to-day HR activities across the employee life cycle
  • Participate in HR-related projects
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Desired Background

  • Students pursuing a major in HR or a similar field preferably
  • Basic understanding of HR Practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
