Job Description

The CSP Alliance Intern plays a pivotal role in supporting the CSP Alliance lead for the APAC region. This position is essential for the seamless operation and successful execution of key events, meetings, workshops, and monthly electronic direct marketing (eDM) initiatives. The Associate skillfully manages multiple projects at once, serving as the critical point of contact for both external partners and internal teams. Key responsibilities include meticulous project planning, effective attendee management, budget oversight, and final program billing. Furthermore, the Associate takes charge of creating and maintaining dynamic eDM communications, ensuring impactful engagement and outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Key liaison with agencies and HQ to ensure Check Point’s requirement are in-place before the event
  • Ensure timely payment of all supplier/vendor bills and oversee invoice payment of deposits are received on time
  • Work with various departments to develop, coordinate and implement program agendas and itineraries
  • Conduct internal pre-program briefings and post-program debriefings, including briefing and debriefings.
  • Manage day-to-day internal program budgets, present to Manager for review and approval.
  • Facilitate the creative direction and fulfilment of program-related participant and host communications materials, including but not limited to save the dates, registration announcements, room gifts, pre-trip and on-site materials, including program signage and participant name badges.
  • Reconcile all final billing on-site prior to final billing being sent to Finance and ensure final billing timeline is met.

  • Bi-lingual in ASEAN languages
  • Proficiency in word processing and Microsoft Office applications, database

The role is on hybrid arrangement. Specific arrangement to be discussed with the hiring manager/ mentor of the role.
