BDSA Pte Ltd – Marketing Intern

Founded in 2019, BDSA started as a dedicated brand consultancy serving Singapore’s SMEs. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include social media marketing, performance marketing, creative design, and video production. Our growth mirrors our commitment to delivering impactful marketing solutions and building strong partnerships with leading brands and community organisations.

• Support timely execution of marketing activities for BDSA and its clients.

• Brainstorm, plan and produce monthly social media content calendars and ad creatives across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn (not limited to these).

• Take ownership of creative output, including caption writing, visual direction, and content production. Intern should be comfortable appearing in front of camera or liaising with stakeholders for shoots, able to film on‑trend TikTok/short‑form reels using an iPhone, and edit videos using tools such as CapCut.

• Assist with basic community management, including replying to DMs and comments where required.

• Stay updated on social media trends, formats and best practices, and propose ideas to apply them to BDSA and client accounts.

• Track and analyse key social media KPIs to monitor performance and provide simple ROI insights.

• Schedule, publish and promote content using content calendars and relevant social media tools.
