Job Description
  • Providing efficient day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Charlton Martin Group.
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Organising and maintaining diaries/calendars and making appointments
  • Supporting with company's seminar events
  • Supporting with producing documents, reports and presentations
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Coordinate and handle travel arrangements
  • Carrying out specific projects and research and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Must have strong attention to details, flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced, professional work environment
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
