As a Marketing Junior Intern as - Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in elevating our digital presence within the insurance industry by crafting compelling video content that resonates with our audience and maximizes visibility through effective planning and optimization. You'll collaborate with our team to enhance our brand, communication, and strategy. You should have a good grasp of brand marketing, social media, and digital marketing.

Objectives of this role:
• Strategic Creative Curation/Ideation: Contribute fresh and innovative ideas for video content & content that can effectively engage our target audience and drive brand awareness. Play a role throughout the marketing cycle in positioning, messaging, and storytelling hence you will have to craft and curate with your creativity
• Campaign Curation: Incorporating Ad Copywriting and Product Insight to generate interest and engagement from our target audience by highlighting product benefits, eliciting needs, and crafting captivating campaign content for lead generation.
• Video Content Creation: Create and curate captivating video content that aligns with the latest marketing trends while remaining relevant to the insurance industry. This includes scripting, shooting, and editing videos for various digital platforms.
• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that resonates with our target audience. This includes planning and maintaining a media calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
• Algorithmic Visibility: Ensure that every piece of curated content is optimized for algorithms to gradually attain the highest visibility. Employ SEO strategies, keyword research, and engagement techniques to enhance content reach and impact.
• Timely Execution: Plan and execute content creation ahead of schedule to meet campaign and content calendar deadlines, allowing for flexibility to adapt to unforeseen changes or trends.
• Industry Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing techniques within the insurance sector. Apply this knowledge to inform content creation and strategy adjustments
• Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with other teams to integrate video content seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and effective brand message across all channels.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of campaign using analytics tools. Regularly assess engagement metrics and feedback to refine content strategies for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns that further the company’s strategic goal
• Contribute fresh ideas that can enhance the brand’s standing
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
• Preferred Diploma & Degree in Marketing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with team mates and stakeholder
