Job Description
Creative Event planners
- Salary: $2,800 - $5,000
- Working hours: 5 days work week
- Location: International Plaza, 10 Anson Road
Job Descriptions
- Manage all aspects of event planning meeting strict deadlines and budget demands set by company
- Plan an event from beginning to end in accordance with company’s objectives and requirements, and pro-actively identify and address gaps and potential problems.
- Source and collaborate with suitable speakers for our virtual seminars/events
- Send out automated and personalized invitation emails to clients
- Ensure event is executed smoothly
Requirements
- Min Diploma or Degree Holder
- Managing events and priorities simultaneously
- Creative, Meticulous, Critical thinker & Confident individuals
- Good technical skills for virtual events
