Join us a Social Media Associate where you will be handling the different social media and communication channels.

You will be required to provide excellent and prompt customer service by:

  • Monitoring and replying to general comments/posts on Social Media Channels (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Assisting customers in their pre-purchase and post-purchase enquiries, troubleshooting etc
  • Work with Digital Marketing Team and the Customer Service Team to ensure that up to date information on products, services & promotions etc is properly communicated to customers
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must possess qualities of flexibility and responsibility, ability to adapt to situations involving interpretation of information
  • Must be able to work under busy conditions
  • Able to communicate in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Positive attitude towards customers and business
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including (but not limited to): Facebook & Instagram


  • Two (2) Part Time Positions Available
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and above
  • Minimum commitment is 3 months, able to start immediately
  • Opportunities for full time employment 
  • 5 day work week, rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
  • Morning: 9am - 6pm, Afternoon: 2pm - 11pm, Night: 11pm - 9am
  • This position will require you to work on weekends, holidays (depending on the shift schedule) * CNY 28 - 30 Jan included
  • Off in Lieu will be given accordingly
  • Working Location: Changi Airport Terminal 1
