Job Description
Social Media Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain a content calendar.
- Develop and implement Social Media Strategies (tactics and content), ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with the brand’s direction.
- Responsible for creation and curation of content on the relevant social media platforms and other day-to-day activities.
- Optimize social media channels to increase follower base, drive engagements and traffic to website.
Public Relations & KOL Marketing
- Identify and work with a network of KOLs.
- Identify trends and conceptualize creative campaign ideas to engage KOLs.
- Assist in media monitoring, logistical matters, post-campaign evaluation and regular report production.
Others
- General market research to boost brand competitiveness and relevancy.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Support and facilitate the development and implementation of all PR & Social Media duties.
