Job Responsibilities
- Handle and answer to passengers’ queries regarding to airport and/or travel protocols
- Carry out travel documents check
- Ensuring passengers and airport staffs adhere to safe distancing measures
- Crowd management at touchpoints
- Set up dedicated pathways and escorting of passengers
- Any other ad-hoc assigned duties and projects
Job Requirements
- Comfortable with working on shift, weekends, and public holidays
- Able to withstand long standing/walking hours
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Customer-oriented and self-driven
