Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-user IT operational support of the Hotel; troubleshooting and maintenance service of the systems
- Assist in IT administration & keeping documentation up to date
- Assists with quotations, purchases and inventory management for the IT equipment and services
- Assist with technical support to staff and external guests
- Provide basic IT training to staff for operational needs when required
- Perform any ad-hoc duties and projects assigned
Requirement:
- Student majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent technical discipline
- Basic understanding of Windows & Linux operating system is a plus
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a keen desire to learn and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
