Responsibility:

• Understand operational manpower needs and facilitate recruitment
• Assist with registration and onboarding of new hires, and data entry of employee details on HR system
• Process administrative procedures and ensure all necessary documentation are in place
• Communicating and coordinating with relevant parties on recruitment and staff training processes
• Updating of staff information and maintenance of staff files on HR system
• Address staff enquiries and concerns
• Participates and assists with HR related functions, tasks, initiatives, and programs
• Assist with ad hoc tasks/projects that may arise from time to time

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, local regulations and labour laws would be advantageous.
• Ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and handle pressure well in a fast-paced working environment.
