We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as an Intern in our Human Resources team. The individual will partner and learn from our team of seasoned HR professionals as we shape our HR strategies to ensure a suite of future-ready HR practices.
The individual will gain exposure to both HR Policy development and Business Partnering. He / She will assist in driving policies across all HR pillars, with a focus on Recruitment and Talent Management.

Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible to:

  • Develop skills in conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
  • Develop effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Handle sensitive and confidential HR information with utmost professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Learn how to assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and provide data-driven insights

To thrive and be successful in this role, the incumbent should have / be:

  • All disciplines welcome, advantage to specialize in Human Resource Management
  • Meticulous while being capable of managing tight timelines and multiple projects
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Innate ability for strategic and creative thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Strong in Microsoft office (Excel & PowerPoint)
