Job Description

CFTE is looking for a Business Development associate to help the team develop our Corporate offers. You will work closely with the Head of Operations APAC and in constant link with London's teams in developing our business relationships and corporate training offers. You’ll be in charge of our B2B sales pipeline, nurturing our relationships and acquiring new prospects. The ideal candidate should be very organized, process driven and smart. And of course, she/he is empathic, caring and with good relationship skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Assist senior managers in account management
•Pilot our Business Development pipeline and nurture our relationships
•Develop and present corporate offers with the product and marketing team
•Assist in crafting our business development processes and pipelines for growth
•Onboard new clients, and partners and liaise with community management team to make sure our shared value is delivered.

Key Qualities:
• Self-motivated person with previous experience in business development or partner program management
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
• A demonstrated ability to interact and presenting to senior level management and cross-departmental collaboration
• An understanding and passion for the entrepreneurial community and Fintech.
• Ability to set priorities, plan, organize, delegate, and control.
• Business-oriented and natural sales skills
