About the Role
As an AI/ML Intern, you will be part of a dynamic R&D team that explores and implements state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions to solve complex problems. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of AI/ML models while working on real-world applications. Specifically, you will:
- Research, develop and implement appropriate AI/ML models and algorithms for various projects
- Analyse and implement strategies for data collection and extraction, and pre-processing
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of AI/ML models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness
- Assist in optimizing and fine-tuning AI/ML models to improve performance and efficiency
- Document and communicate the technical details, progress, and results to team members and stakeholders
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or relevant discipline in a local University
- Proficient in Python programming
- Understanding of machine learning, large language models, computer vision, natural language processing, etc
- Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with an inquisitive mindset
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines
