- Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure sell rates are established before executing shipments
- Ensure proper SOP (related to rates) is established before shipments execution
- Review all SOP prepared by Sales before any key implementation
- Upload rates in system before shipment execution
- Provide support to users in SEA Cluster - troubleshooting when profile rates are not working in the system
- Provide training to users in the cluster
- Manage and monitor the rating tool application
Basic Skill Areas
- At least GCE 'O' level with similar exposure in the freight industry
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Possess initiative and positive attitude
- Good command of English
