Assisting Operations Manager in collection, updating, verification, validation and maintenance of various reports. Duties include

• Data collection and generation of useful reports for informed decision making
• Updating productivity reports
• Validating timesheets and overtime for accurate salary computation and customer billing
• Monitoring and verification of control processes
• Other admin duties as assigned

The incumbent is to assist Ops Manager so that he/she will be free to engage in value added activities and be proactive in problem resolution. 

- Is computer literate and familiar with Excel spreadsheets

- The candidate is expected to be a fast learner, meticulous and work with minimum supervision.

- Interact well with other parties to execute assigned duties
