Assisting Operations Manager in collection, updating, verification, validation and maintenance of various reports. Duties include
- Data collection and generation of useful reports for informed decision making
- Updating productivity reports
- Validating timesheets and overtime for accurate salary computation and customer billing
- Monitoring and verification of control processes
- Other admin duties as assigned
The incumbent is to assist Ops Manager so that he/she will be free to engage in value added activities and be proactive in problem resolution.
- Is computer literate and familiar with Excel spreadsheets
