This position will be tasked to support the ground operations at our Jurong Pier office. Duties included but limited to arrange delivery products to customers, daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers, and deliveries.
- Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries are met
- To be able to be contactable & assist operations outside normal working hours
- Ensure high level of customer service is emphasized at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & vendors in a professional manner
- To be able to escalate when customers & vendors are not in accordance with service level agreement
- Ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities
- To ensure operations are running smoothly on TMS
- Ensure reporting and billings are completed timely and accurately
- Any other job duties
