- Job Description
- Liaise with customer, forwarders and execute system transactions for incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries
- Preparation of reports and status updates to customers whenever necessary
- Develop and maintain excellent services to internal and external stakeholders at all times
- Ensure all customer’s requests and enquiries are fulfilled with minimal complaints/errors
- Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure orders from customer are fulfilled in time for delivery
- Able to cope with high volume of work
- Proficient in MS Office applications
