Job Description
- Work closely with the various stakeholder in the Business Unit to understand the different business processes and requirements to design the best applicable solution(s).
- Involve in streamlining the processes of the Business Unit through creation of Database and Dashboard using Business Intelligence (BI) Tools or Microsoft Applications.
- Design and develop dashboards to meet the Business Unit Requirement.
- Consistent pursuit of innovation and proactive approach to understand different Business Units(s) needs to develop dashboard/report to provide multi-dimensional visibility.
- Assist the design and build of dashboards, visualizations and analytics.
- Generate solution documentation for design, training and support purposes.
- Other ad-hoc assignments which includes solutions using Microsoft Excel for Business Unit Projects.
