Social Media Intern Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and curating content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics, trends, and competitors to contribute insights and ideas for content development.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand's voice, objectives, and target audience.
• Help maintain a consistent social media posting schedule and assist in scheduling posts using social media management tools. • Monitor social media analytics and prepare regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth to evaluate the success of social media initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to propose new ideas and strategies for improving our social media presence.
• Assist in creating visual assets, including graphics, images, and videos, to enhance social media posts and campaigns.

Requirements

• Good knowledge and understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging and compelling content.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, iMovie) is a plus.
