Central Sikh Gurdwara Board – Intern to Support Fund Raising Team for The Visiting Professorship

Scope Of Work

• To support on the Comms plan when needed
• To be responsible for putting up all posts on website, Facebook, Instagram or any other sites that the team might wish to include.
• To be responsible for forwarding all queries on the above digital platforms and ensuring responses are made in a timely manner.
• To assist in preparing and mailing be it by post or electronic mail appeal letters and collateral material.
• To follow up with phone calls to see if the recipients have received the above.
• To keep a summary of all potential donors and their responses.
• To liase with NUS for weekly updates on funds collected and to update keep the fund raising team with amount collected.

Work Hours

• 15 hours a week which can be increased if the fund raising team so desires.
• Work must be from the CSGB Secretariat Office.
• Suggest spread the 15 hours over 3 week days ie Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Exact timing can be discussed.
• The Board will provide lap top, space and all stationary to support the Intern.

Internship Allowance

• The CSGB hourly rate of $8 per hour will be applied for this appointment.

Time Frame 

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: Up to end June 22 with possibility of extension.

Caveats

• This appointment is subject to CSGB approval and as per the employment terms of CSGB.
