Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain frontend interfaces for internal tools including:
Backtesting platforms, Strategy dashboards, Live trading monitors, Analytics/EV evaluation tools
- Integrate real-time and historical data visualizations using charts, tables, and metrics
- Work closely with quants and backend developers to translate raw data into actionable insights via the UI
- Ensure performance, usability, and responsiveness across browsers and devices
- Participate in feature design, feedback loops, and rapid iteration cycles
Required Skills
- Proficiency in React.js (or similar modern JavaScript frameworks), Typescript, Nextjs, python
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and component-based UI design
- Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., Recharts, D3.js, Chart.js)
- Experience working with REST APIs or WebSockets to display live data
- good to have full-stack experience (MERN stack)
- Ability to convert complex datasets into user-friendly UIs
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Preferred)
- Exposure to financial markets or trading systems
- Familiarity with C++ backends
- UI/UX experience or design sensibility
- Interest in quantitative finance, statistics, or data science
