Job Description
Temp Customer Service Officer (3 Months / Up to $2580) Ref: Gas
- Monday to Friday; 9:00am – 6:30pm
- Nearest MRT station: Jurong East

An established global logistics company is looking to expand their team!
- Oversee the day-to-day management of all aspects of customer service including but not limited to processing and packing orders, resolving customer issues, and facilitating returns and exchanges
- Coordinate with suppliers and transport partners for order processing, inventory control, and delivery scheduling to ensure that all deliveries are fulfilled promptly
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations
- Other administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in relevant customer service experience is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office
