Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing purchase orders and requisitions.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and invoices.
- Communicate with suppliers to track order status and delivery schedules.
- Update and maintain the inventory list.
- File and organize purchase documents for easy retrieval.
- Support the department with other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of purchasing and inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
