The Center for Competency-Based Learning and Development (CBLD Center) is a one-stop resource center to provide access to agencies, organizations and individuals , the different types of services relating to competency-based learning and development and human capital management.
Macro Functions:
- Supports the Marketing & Projects Manager to develop and implement marketing communications projects, including: marketing collateral, advertisements, informative/course preview/community of practice sessions, customer referral program and website content enhancement
- Act as liaison between Marketing & Projects Manager and the creative design executive to ensure marketing communications projects are completed on time as planned
- Effectively coordinate the development, approval, production, and distribution of marketing materials with the creative design executive
- Champion the company brand identity across all developed materials
Micro Functions:
- Writing content for website pages
- Make amendments to our brochures and service directory
- Work closely with Marketing & Projects Manager to roll out customer referral program
- Work closely with Marketing & Projects Manager to roll out our course preview/informative seminars/community of practice sessions
- Update proposed class schedule and monitor number of sign-ups for training programs
- Manage Electronic Direct Mailer Campaigns
- Look through LinkedIn profiles of HR people and build creditable database
- Coordinate marketing communications projects
- Work with Marketing & Projects Manager to gather project needs and specifications.
- Obtain direction from Marketing & Projects Manager and brief the Creative Service executive on collateral, advertisements, events, websites, and other promotional activities.
- Support development of marketing and promotional materials
- Route marketing materials for review and approval by Marketing & Projects Manager via in-house document control system.
- Monitor stock and printing quantity of corporate and product brochures
- Help set up and improve workflow processes when and where needed
- Manage external vendors/partners as needed
