Customer Service Officer (New Opening)

You will handle all public feedback, enquiries and complaints received via phone, written mail, email or social media platforms.  You will manage service recovery process from customer complaints and liaise with supervisor, operations team as well as third parties to gather information and resolve the issues.  You will provide problem-solving resources to maintain customers’ satisfaction.  You must understand the operations of business by undergoing attachment in various business units.  You will identify and implement strategies to improve the quality of service, productivity and profitability for the company.

The incumbent that we are looking for has to be meticulous, resourceful, ability to handle complex and escalate customer service issues. . He or she has to be able to work well in a team and possesses a pleasant personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Diploma in tertiary education with at least 2 years of working experience in retail or customer service industry preferred.  You should possess good written and verbal communication skills.  Strong problem solving skills with high emotional intelligence preferred.
