CaterSpot is the leading marketplace for business catering in Asia with HQ in Singapore. We connect companies with hundreds of caterers & restaurants for their office catering, meal plans and corporate events. We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our SG team and help us to lead driver and part-time staff acquisition. 

The role:

You will be responsible for driver and part-time staff acquisition. Delivery and on-site operations are an important part of our day-to-day operations. Your role is to ensure there are sufficient drivers and on-site staff on a daily basis. The tasks include:

Job Description

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm

Availability: Immediate

Salary: $15/h

  • Generate leads from various online platforms
  • Recruit drivers to ensure it fulfils the daily capacity
  • Train drivers to ensure that they fulfil our standards and to ensure they understand our processes
  • Manage fleet of drivers (ensure they have sufficient equipment, ensure inactive drivers to return their bags etc.)
  • Recruit other part-time staff needed for daily operations
  • Support "on-ground" operations if needed (.e.g go on-site to customer location)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior recruiting or HR experience is preferred
  • Self-starters who are comfortable with taking the initiative.
  • A quick and calm thinker when under pressure, multitasking pro! Enjoy talking and listening to people.
  • Strong communication and organization skills - the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced customer facing environment. High attention to detail.
  • Tech savvy, good PC skills, e.g. MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
