Upon successfully completing the program, you can embark on a rewarding career as a qualified Financial Services Associate.

The program includes a fully sponsored, two-week training that covers company orientation, classroom learning, and hands-on training. During orientation, you'll gain insight into the working environment before starting classroom sessions, which will cover fundamental financial portfolio planning, theory, and practical exercises in conducting Know Your Client (KYC) analyses.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Holds a Local Diploma/Degree or higher in any field
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship managementSales experience is a plus but not required
