Marketing Department Responsibilities

• Help preparing marketing collaterals and presentations
• Edit communication documents: newsletters, press releases, website content
• Help to conduct internet search, reports or data analysis
• Participate in the coordination process, dealing with internal marketing requests
• Manage content creation for social media accounts
• Develop new social media campaigns
• Assist with capturing and analyzing social media metrics

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls/emails/Qoo10/ FaceBook/Instagram including responding to Questions/Orders/Requests
• Serve Walk-In Customer with their Orders/Collections/Requests
• Handing and Resolving Complaints

Admin & Operation Responsibilities

• Day-to-day office administration & ad hoc tasks
• Updating Information Online (e.g., Google Sheets, DeTrack...etc)
• Processing Orders and Packing Cakes via our various channels including UberEats and Deliveroo

Backend Management

• Update and Process Products/Promotions/Discounts/News/Refunds in the CMS (Content Management System)
• Creating Coupon Codes and Gift Vouchers on Website/Paper
• Inventory Management (Spreadsheets, Website, Qoo10, Other Channels)

Requirements

• Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident 
• Poly or Undergraduate University Student, preferable focusing on Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration with great interest for advertising issues
• Excellent writing skills and a keen eye for details with ability to be creative
• Fully computer literate, with prefer command of MS office applications.
• Good communication skills and team work spirit are required. Professional attitude and common sense are also a must to handle daily responsibilities
