Job Description

Job Responsibilities

As our Performance Marketing Intern, you will play an integral role in raising our digital presence in the 3 markets that we are currently in (SG, US, AU). You will develop hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple Ads Platform, which contribute to the growth and success of our digital campaigns. Your responsibilities are as per below.

  • Assist in the ad campaigns setup on key paid social channels (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Support the team with periodic data extraction, reporting and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and uncover insights for performance optimization
  • Regular monitoring of budget pacing and track campaign performance against set KPIs
  • Conduct research based on the current trends and competitor activities to identify new creative optimization opportunities
  • Support the wider growth marketing team on other ad-hoc requests

Requirements

  • Passion for digital media and a keen desire to build a career in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven
  • A team player with a positive working attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Internship Details

  • Starting Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 3 to 6 months
  • Days per Week: Minimum 4-5 days
