- Handling our e-commerce platform chats with customer's
- Work with manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Answer questions from customers about delivery statuses
- Work closely with operations to maintain efficient tracking
- Ensure and upkeep the service level to the clients and resolving their daily needs and requirements
- Maintain established metrics and high customer satisfaction ratings
- Ad-hoc duties such as data-entry & recording
