Job Description

We're currently looking for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing regional team, who is well versed in all human resources functions from onboarding to strategic analysis and performance management and everything in between. The HRBP will bring their well-rounded experience and documented success in providing guidance to managers on performance and employee relations, ensuring consistency, and putting managers in a position to succeed.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with various functional teams to understand business strategies, diagnose current organization performance, and develop/implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and support bold growth and innovative changes
  • Build a strong alliance with senior management and key team members and inspire/empower them to take on more leadership responsibilities on building organization culture and regional business growth
  • Partner with local offices in managing end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, development, and exits.
  • Participate in the interview process for critical positions and partner with business leaders to ensure hired candidates can add on to the team capabilities and organization culture.
  • Connect with all levels of employees to improve employee work experience and provide feedback to leadership
  • Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees

What you will need:

  • Human resource-related BA/BS. Master's Degree is a plus
  • More than 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience required
  • Takes initiatives with a "roll up your sleeves" - attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing environment
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and execute, implement, and lead change management initiatives
  • Ability to work with senior management in an "influence-without-authority" – role
  • Can confidently express your opinion, based on thoughtful data and analysis
  • Sound judgment in handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Previous experience in the technology industry preferred but not required.
  • Organization development and training expertise a plus
  • PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications a plus
