By matching direct buyers and direct sellers through our web and mobile platform, we cut out any middleman’s involvement & boost value for seller and buyers. Through this, we promote transparency and trust in the car purchase experience, and facilitate and guide people through the entire purchase lifecycle (including transfers, car loans, insurance process, car workshops, accessories).

Short description:
Carro is looking for a hardworking individual to develop our business by attracting, identifying & following up with prospective clients.
Responsibilities include:
1. Lead generation; Managing sell leads & closely following up on new tickets
2. Picking of hotline and replying to general enquiries
3. Maintaining inventory list
4. Sales & Operations administrative work
5. Market research e.g. Price analysis
6. Ad- Hoc tasks

Requirements:
- Strong work ethic: Hardworking, High integrity. Remain calm under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Comfortable and able to communicate effectively with clients over the phone, and via email.
- Independent and self-driven
- Willing to work from home over a few weekends (as & when needed)
- High accountability
- Friendly, able to work in a team, and open to new challenges
- Ability to speak Mandarin could be an advantage (but not a necessity)
- Ability to start work on a short-notice is preferable
