• To coordinate and provide related customs procedures / logistics support delivery in a timely manner
• Handle import / export documents and permit declarations co-ordinate and involve incoming and outgoing shipments and documentations involve in order processing and invoicing for customers
• Ensure that annual stock takes are completed for inventory in warehouse and that any discrepancies with reported inventory are accounted for as per procedure
• Ensure timely transmission of supply chain monitoring information, stock levels and distribution status to the supply chain focal point at the national level
• Continuous improvement of the supply chain process
• Other Supply Chain related job assigned from time to time
