Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be integral to the success of Caring Skin throughout this exhilarating expansion phase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Primarily to provide the Caring Experience at front desk
- Attend to walk-in and in-coming call / email enquiries
- Building good rapport and establishing good relationships with clients to ensure retention and top-notch service experience
- Anticipate and identify clients’ needs to increase customer satisfaction
- Ensure all interactions with clients are handled carefully whilst adhering to company’s policies and procedures
- Administer appointment booking and scheduling for clients
- Delivering Happiness is our purpose
What you require:
- Entry applicants are welcome to apply
- Open to Singaporeans only
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience in customer service role or within the industry will be advantageous, but not mandatory
- Discipline, responsible and is a team player
- Diploma in any discipline or minimally a professional certificate with ‘O’ level/ NITEC/ and above, or equivalent
- Well-groomed and possess a customer-centric approach
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated with high level of integrity
