Only Singaporean or Permanent Resident who has already graduated and is hungry to excel may apply for this position. An Aspirant Wealth Manager is required to interact with an assigned portfolio of clients for most part of his/her day and so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job. This job also requires thorough financial and sector knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients. The major skills and competencies that employers look for are:

•Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
•Good sales and negotiation skills
As such, selected candidates will go through comprehensive training with proper 1 to 1 mentorship. Training starts early, and this begins when potential candidates are selected to attend courses, Power Evolution Programmes, so as to gain an understanding of full range of products even before they are contracted. The course will enable them to cultivate a good habit of starting the day early and will provide them with a platform to discuss their daily activities with the managers that are coaching them. New candidates will share ideas and experiences in prospecting for clients, as well as problems faced during appointments.
Basic commission / salary and full commission will be attractively remunerated based on key sales performance indicator.
