Job Description
● Transcribe video/audio files and format English transcripts (with Singaporean content) in clean verbatim, in accordance with the project guidelines
● Support the team in producing captions and subtitles
● Work with freelancer pool and support in project management
● Work closely with team of editors and project managers to support timely completion of work
Requirements
● Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality of transcribed material
● Fast typing skills and experience in using MS Word
● Experience in transcription or subtitling would be a plus
● Track record for being reliable and committed to meeting deadlines
● Meticulous and possess strong research skills to carry out necessary research/checks to ensure accurate and consistent spelling/usage of words
● Proactively communicate with fellow teammates to share updates and discuss any questions or issues
