1. Assist in data entry of vehicle expenses details (eg fuel,repair & maintenance).
2. Book servicing and Inspection for trucks
3. Keep vehicle records
4. Check letter mail box , furnish drivers particulars online for traffic summons
5. Scanning of documents , answer phone calls. check emails and response
