Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first contact for therapy enquiries
- Welcome and receive clients prior to therapy session
- Update client files after therapy session
- Respond to phone calls, email and Whatsapp enquiries
- Receive payments and corresponding book keeping entries
- Schedule client appointments
- Upkeep cleanliness of centre
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Director
Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and therapists
- Highly attentive to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative duties
- Understand center operations and assist to streamline processes
- Respect client confidentiality
- Takes initiative and is proactive
- Flexible and adaptable to additional ad-hoc tasks
