Job Description

The Corporate Intern for Rooms Operation will be responsible for providing clerical, administrative and quality support to the Operations Team. 

You will be an ambassador for Capella Hotel Group in all professional settings, in speech and demeanour.

 

At the end of the internship, you will be able to: 

1. Effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels across functions in a diverse environment.

2. Appreciate confidentiality and maintain strict confidence in developing internal communication and presentations.

3. Monitor project initiatives at property levels in terms of action plan and score performance.

4. Perform administrative duties such as email correspondence, business letters, and any necessary paperwork.

5. Organise and be an expert in calendar management, trip planning and scheduling.
