Roles & Responsibilities
1) Assist with deal sourcing and all stages of due diligence including market & industry analysis, intellectual property analysis, conduct primary/secondary research
2) Review business plans of companies looking to fundraise on the CapBridge platform
3) Extraction and consolidation of company information including maintaining updated operational, IP & financial reports for platform companies:
Financial reporting and presentations
Additional corporate finance tasks
Administrative and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
Qualifications
1) Degree in Finance, accounting or business required
2) Possess good presentation skills, adept at problem solving and attention to details
3) Good oral and written communication skills
4) Self-starter with a team player mentality
5) Passionate about entrepreneurship, fund raising, direct investments
