THE ROLE
Assist the director in the recruitment process for established portfolio of clients in commodity, oil & energy trading sectors
Provide recruitment support by sourcing for suitable candidates from our in-house database and other job portals
Screen and qualify candidates via phone interview to ensure they fit into our clients’ job requirements.
Arrange and coordinate interviews between clients and job applicants.
Conduct employee’s reference checks once candidate(s) accepted job offer.
REQUIREMENTS
A levels / Degree / Diploma with 3 to 5 years of experience in candidates/ talents sourcing skill in finance, audit, risk, and/or operations domain
Familiar in commodity trading sector will be a plus
Excellent English language skill both written and spoken
Outgoing and result oriented
Able to work well in a fast pace environment
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)
