THE ROLE:
Work with established portfolio of clients to achieve business growth through the development of partnerships from our in-house database and other job portals
Source candidates proactively and provide a true consultancy service with regards to vacancy and requirements.
Involved in the whole strategic recruitment process i.e. candidate screening, interviewing, reference and background checks
Prepare contracts, proposals and presentations for clients
Manage both client’s and candidate’s expectations
REQUIREMENTS
Degree / Diploma with 0 to 5 years of recruitment experience OR direct exp from the industry with strong interest in recruitment; candidates with strong network and contacts as a sales or HR professionals are welcome.
Result oriented, outgoing personality and possess excellent communication skills
Comfortable in handing specialized roles in various industries
