Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing creative and effective content ideas for TANGS social channels;
- Content creation to support in-store events and activations
- Assist with day to day scheduling and posting for TANGS social channels;
- Copy-writing & editing for all marketing communication initiatives;
- Manage and execute all social media posts requests from the internal team and/or external partners
- Tracking and reporting of Social Media KPIs (e.g. Click-through, engagement rates and follower growth)
- Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquires on social media platforms;
- Any other duties which may be assigned by your immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and social media trends
- Creative mindset and able to multitask under pressure
- Writes well with a strong command of English
- Photography and videography including editing skills are highly encouraged
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player
