Bycraft Pte Ltd – Freelance Live Event Artist (Watercolour Guest Portraits)

Bycraft is a founder-led art studio specialising in live guest portraits and bespoke illustrations for weddings, corporate events, and brand activations. We create meaningful keepsakes that celebrate people and moments through minimalist watercolour portraits, offering guests an experience that’s just as memorable as the artwork itself.

We’re looking for friendly, passionate artists to join our growing team and bring our live portrait experience to events across Singapore.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create live minimalist watercolour portraits for guests at weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.
• Deliver each portrait within the event timeline while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Interact warmly with guests and create an enjoyable, welcoming experience.
• Set up and pack down the live art station before and after each event.
• Represent Bycraft professionally throughout the event.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong drawing and watercolour painting skills, especially in portrait illustration.
• Comfortable painting live in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with guests.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Available to work on weekends and travel to event venues across Singapore.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience with live illustration or live event painting.
• Experience in portrait drawing, fashion illustration, or quick sketching.
• A passion for creating memorable experiences through art.
